November 2020 Covid 19 Update

As most of you have likely heard, per the latest guidelines from Governor Inslee, new restrictions have been imposed in light of the increasing amount of positive coronavirus cases over the last month. The new restrictions will be in place for the next month and affect a wide variety of businesses.

As of right now, those new restrictions do not affect essential services, under which spa massage falls. Thus, there should be no impact on the services that we provide. We will remain open for the duration of this month-long period, and will continue to provide massage and skin care services.

Of course, the increase in coronavirus cases is very concerning to us, and while we are pleased that our clients have taken our protocols seriously, we also want to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. So as a reminder:

Please take your temperature when you arrive!
  • Masks are required at all times when entering our spa. If you have forgotten your mask, we do have a limited amount of disposable and cloth masks available for purchase.
  • When you arrive, please use the thermometer mounted on the wall of the entrance to take your temperature.
  • Guests are not permitted at the spa, with the exception of parents accompanying minors to receive services.
  • We request that anyone coming in for an appointment self-screen for COVID 19 symptoms prior to arriving. Your body temperature should be under 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Other symptoms could include cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches or new loss of taste or smell. In the event you are experiencing one or more of these symptoms, we ask that you not come in. We are unable to provide services for anyone experiencing these symptoms or who has been in close contact within anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or experienced any of these symptoms. We will still be here, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment when you are symptom free.

Thanks again for complying with our protocols, and stay safe.
